I wish I could claim I invented this delicious recipe, but it was passed on to me by someone who got it from someone else and so on. Who ever came up with this is a genius.

- Prosciutto (1/2 a slice per asparagus spear)
- Asparagus (I usually make one bunch)
- Cream cheese
Begin with one slice of prosciutto. Spread the cream cheese thinly and slice it length wise down the centre:
At about a 45° angle roll the asparagus in the prosciutto covering the whole spear:
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350° for about 12-15 min, until the asparagus is tender:
Let them cool for about 5-10 minuets before serving, but make sure they’re still warm. This is a really easy h’ordeuvre you can make ahead of time and throw in the oven when you’re ready.
